Welcome to Harbor Home Inspections of Marblehead Massachusetts. I am a one man operation catering to clients that demand an accurate and descriptive home inspection. I don’t consider this a formality, but a fact finding mission.

 

Harbor Home Inspections provides comprehensive building inspections, radon testing, water quality testing, and recently has added home energy inspections. I provide residential and commercial inspections for buyers, sellers, mortgage companies and relocation companies. I cover Essex County, Eastern MA, Southern NH , Cape Cod,  The Islands  and any other area on request at a reasonable charge for distance. 

 

I bring diverse experience to the table including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, manufacturing engineering, quality control, not to mention my years in the furniture and boat building arenas.

 

I am of a “fix it” mind set and have always tried to work things out in the most cost effective way. Today’s society tends to throw away and replace, instead of fixing. That is not always necessary. Many times home inspectors jump on an incidental defect and leave out the important ones. This often masks the defects. You will find me of an entirely different mind set than most. I will give you a thorough report, explanation, and not act in an adversarial manner to make or break a sale.
